Program Exit Procedures
Program Exit Procedures are in place in order to accommodate a child who is having difficulty in his or her academic program, for various reasons, and needs to leave the program mid-cycle. Listed below are some reasons a student may exit the program mid-cycle:
Parent/guardian, teacher or student may initiate the program exit process. If the parents choose to withdraw their child from the program, an exit form must be completed. If the teachers choose to withdraw the student from the program, parents will be notified and an exit form will be completed.

- Parent requests that their child will be allowed to leave the program.
- Student requests to be allowed to leave the program.
- Student displays inappropriate behavior that consistently distracts or endangers other students.
- Student is not meeting expectations of the program.
- Student is unprepared for class with incomplete or missing assignments.
